New April Wine group to hit stages everywhere in 2023

New April Wine group to hit stages everywhere in 2023. (l to r) Brian Greenway, Marc Parent, Richard Lanthier and Roy Nichol. Although I’m still in the band writing, recording with the guys and producing, I am now officially retired from touring. My last stage performance after 50+ yrs. on the road, will be in Nova Scotia, March 2, 2023. “It all started here and ends here for me. I will miss the shows, the fans and the other bands that have been friends for years, but health reasons have made this decision necessary. Cheers everyone and thanks for all the support over the years.”

    Hey guys,

Enjoyed the show last night at Aurora Rib Fest. I was quite impressed and was zoning out at the song Sign of the Gypsy Queen. The energy with that tune was surely a treat.

    Thanks

    Phil from Aurora.

08.30.2023. I was in high school in the late 1970s and loved still do like the mainstream hard rock of Foreigner, REO, Journey, April Wine, Mahogany Rush, etc. Saw some of them live but not all, unfortunately. Luved April Wine LP CD cassette The Nature Of The Beast. I like the song with some sense of humor All Over Town. Also like the song play on words If You See Kay.
Happy retirement stay healthy stay safe COVID etc. Best of luck thanks for 50yrs! If you ever can and want to once again then get back out there and do some more recordings touring but if not, it’s been a good 50yrs. Thanks long life.

April Wine’s popularity has blossomed once again! Selling out everywhere. Hope you find the time and strength Myles to record a new Album while things are hot again. Juno fodder me thinks. All the best.

Thanks for all the awesome music you have given the world! I am one of your number one fans, anyone who knows me knows that about me, so many memories I can relate to your music. Last time I saw you guys was at the Deadwood Jam in 2016, got tickets for April Wine show at Shooting Star casino Nov. 17th, super excited but will miss your voice being part of it. I am optimistic to see how the band performs without you? I met you back in 2001 at Four Bears Casino, I gave you an April wine concert pin, I think it was white and black? Thanks again for all the good tunes Myles! Jerry

    Hello April Wine!

My comment has nothing to do with this, just wanted to say ‘Hi’ from Colorado. Jamming to your King Biscuit Flower Hour CD (Mp3 now). You guys have always been awesome. You guys were my 1st rock concert ever. Saw you in Germany back in 80 (I think) with Krokus, for your ‘Harder…Faster’ Release. Awesome! Just wanted to say Thank you! You’ve always been one of my top bands. Prost!
