when i think of favourite albums from “back in the day,” this was one of the few folk artists i enjoyed especially his debut effort Sweet Baby James.

thats my favourite J.T. song , actually a top 10 non AW song , Ive been a folk music fan for years , Stan Rogers being one of the best .

Saw Gordon Lightfoot,at 74yrs young,did a wonderful show.his song beautiful was touching.

oh yea! another awesome talent and fave on mine for years!!! Early Morning Rain is a wonderful, masterful classic. a Canadian icon for sure.

Gordo came thru Kansas City a couple of years ago….played a small venue and I didn’t know about til after he was gone…damn, would have been a great show!!

Indeed Myles,Gord said that it didnt hurt when Elvis performed and recorded his version,thats some compliment,the song has held up very well all these years.
