It was great to get messages from my three kids this morning wishing me H.F.Day. I`m sitting in a hotel after a red-eye flight to Toronto and a limousine ride to Burlington. I`m tired and hungry and there`s no food in this fucking hotel. Dang! I`m told I can walk to one. Only takes 20 minutes. Anywho…
Being on the road my whole life, I have missed so many Fathers Days at home. That`s the sad, unfortunate part of living out of a suitcase decade after decade. Still the beat goes on .
All the best to Dads and their families everywhere. and welcome to my blog,
Cheers, Myles

You may have missed some Father’s Day Myles but your kids would not be where they are today without the sacrfices you’ve made. Happy Father’s Day to all fathers, whether your kids have 2 legs or 4 legs and fur.

Hi Brian, yea I know. Everyone of my “children” are at an age that it`s easy to appreciate how things are having a Dad on the road. It doesn`t diminish the love one iota..it`s just the way it is. We celebrate important events like Christmas and birthdays and so forth when we can. It`s not ideal and at times a bit melancholy but hey it all works out.
Happy Fathers Day to you!

Happy belated Father’s Day, Myles.
I spent the day with my two boys (7 and 9) at the playground, as it should be…
