Working today..after work im going for a Lymph Draining Massage at the spa, I received a gift certificate for Valentines day, I have no idea what they are going to do to me, but I'm sure it will benefit me..Smiley I was at the spa a few weeks ago for a Hot Stone Massage, now that I would recommend to anyone..you come out of there feeling like you could dance all night after having one of them..Smiley

Sounds great!! Let me know how this session goes! I haven't had a hot stone massage yet but I know I enjoy the massage therapy sessions that I go to once a month!

I ended up having just a regular body massage, she told me the lymph drainage massages were very light and I dont think an hour of light massage would do it, I like a lot of pressure when Im being masssaged.

Try the hot stone, you wont regret it..honest.

Went to a course for work this morning, worked this p.m. then came home, made supper, downloaded a few pictures for my mom, and then worked out!!!
